Purpose

The purpose of this memorandum is to provide information to the Franklin Board of Mayor and Aldermen (BOMA) concerning the recent closing on the 2017 Water and Sewer System Revenue Bonds

 

Background

The City of Franklin issued Revenue Bonds in the amount of $12 million on February 16, 2017.  The State requires completion of Form CT-0253.  The State also requires that the completed form be acknowledged by the Board of Mayor and Aldermen at the first meeting following completion of the bond issue.  No other action is required on the part of the Board.
