Purpose
The purpose of this memo is to provide information to the Franklin Board of Mayor and Aldermen (BOMA) concerning introduction of Kristine Tallent as the new Assistant City Administrator/CFO.
Background
Prior to her appointment with the City, Kristine served as director of Management and Budget for the City of Maryville, Tennessee. Previously, she worked as Budget Director for Gwinnett County, Georgia. She has also worked for Public Financial Management as a Senior Managing Consultant.
Kristine holds a Master of Science in Public Policy and Management from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor of Arts from Maryville College
