Purpose
The purpose of this memorandum is to provide information to the Franklin Board of Mayor and Aldermen (BOMA) concerning the renewal of a Retail License received for an existing liquor store.
Background
Mr. Bard Quillman, Jr. has made renewal application for a retail liquor license for the store located at 1031 Riverside Drive (off of Royal Oaks Boulevard). In accordance with policy, a background records check has been performed by the Franklin Police Department. Mr. Quillman has satisfied all application requirements.

Recommendation
Staff recommends approval of the request renewing a retail liquor license for 1031 Riverside Drive.
