Purpose
The purpose of this memo is to provide information to the Franklin Board of Mayor and Aldermen (BOMA) concerning the rental of golf carts for a special event hosted by the Franklin Parks Department.
Background
The Parks Department rents golf carts from TN Golf Cars, Inc. for various events throughout the year. This specific contract was for the use of three carts for the annual Family Day special event at the Park at Harlinsdale Farm.
Financial Impact
The financial impact is budgeted within the general fund Parks budget each year. The total cost for this specific contract was a total of $600.00
