Purpose
The purpose of this memo is to provide information to the Franklin Board of Mayor and Aldermen (BOMA) concerning adding security systems and monthly service charges to existing Park facilities.
Background
The Parks Administration office has an alarm system and with the growth of creating offices away from the main administration building, the Park Department is adding security systems to outlying offices that host personnel and equipment.
Financial Impact
The total amount for equipment installation and first month monitoring fee will be $3,284.80. The monthly monitoring fee will be $119.80 for all sites and is budgeted in the general fund by the Parks Department.
