Purpose
The purpose of this memo is to provide an update to the Franklin Board of Mayor and Aldermen (BOMA) concerning Amendment 5 to COF 2009-0051.
Background
To obtain reimbursement from TDOT, the City was required to modify the contract to make some administrative changes to dates and deadlines.
