Purpose
The purpose of this memo is to provide an update to the Franklin Board of Mayor and Aldermen (BOMA) concerning a professional services agreement with Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc. for the Lewisburg Ave Survey Project.
Background
The Lewisburg Ave Sidewalk Project was included in the FY 2017-2026 CIP. Staff has been evaluating the feasibility of the project to determine if it could be completed as part of the Sidewalk “Gaps” Projects approved as part of Resolution 2016-69. This survey will help determine exact right-of-way limits and necessary utility relocations to develop a project cost and budget.
Financial Impact
$6,000 to be paid out of the Capital Improvement Fund.
