Discussion of JL Clay Center Appropriation

Purpose

The purpose of this memo is to provide information to the Franklin Board of Mayor and Aldermen (BOMA) concerning the City’s appropriation to J L Clay Senior Center. 

 

Background

When discussing the Appropriations to Non-Profits and Government Agencies during the regular budget cycle, it was requested that the J L Clay Center staff give a report to the Budget & Finance Committee on their programming and financials before the end of the year.

 

The requested reports are included as attachments.

 

Financial Impact

 There is no direct financial impact.  Funds assigned to the J L Clay Center were appropriated with the adoption of the Fiscal Year 2016-2017 City budget.
