Purpose
The purpose of this memorandum is to provide information to the Franklin Board of Mayor and Aldermen (BOMA) concerning the Program Year 2016-2017 CBDO Program funded by CBDG funds.
Background
This contract allocates $60,000 to Hard Bargain Association from the 2016-2017 CDBG allotment for CDBO. Hard Bargain will use these funds to offset the cost of infrastructure for the 6 homes in the Mount Hope/Hard Bargain development. CHP is also recommended to receive $120,000 from this program year’s allocation in a separate contract, for a total of $180,000 in that line item of the Annual Action Plan.
