Purpose
The purpose of this memorandum is to provide information to the Franklin Board of Mayor and Aldermen (BOMA) concerning the Program Year 2014-2015 Emergency Repair Program funded by Community Development Block Grant CDBG funds.
Background
This contract allocates $86,687 to Community Housing Partnership from the 2014-2015 CDBG allotment. Currently, CHP has Contract 2013-0087 in effect with $61,139 left to draw down from Program Year 2013-2014. The City has not allotted additional funding for this activity (Emergency Rehab) in the past two program years.
