Purpose
The purpose of this memorandum is to provide information to the Franklin Board of Mayor and Aldermen (BOMA) concerning a request to deny sanitary sewer availability for 1106 Gray Fox Lane (Map 052 Parcel 08002).
Background
This property is currently owned by Battle Ground Academy. Staff has been told that they need to make a repair to their septic tank. Prior to making this repair, Williamson County is requiring a sanitary sewer denial letter from the City of Franklin. To provide sanitary sewer service, the property owner would need to extend the public main approximately 275’. In the past, the board has denied these types of request due to the financial burden on the property owner.
