Purpose
The purpose of this memorandum is to provide information to the Franklin Board of Mayor and Aldermen (BOMA) concerning the renewal of a lease with the Williamson County Parks & Recreation Department for Fieldstone Park adult softball leagues.
Background
For over twenty-years, the Williamson County Parks & Recreation Department has operated their adult softball leagues at Fieldstone Park. The renewal of this lease will be for an additional five years with terms and criteria listed within the lease for both parties.
Financial Impact
The Lessee will pay the City of Franklin Parks Department a total sum of five thousand seven hundred nineteen dollars for the 2016 season and shall increase by 4% compounded annually.
