Purpose
The purpose of this memo is to provide information to the Franklin Board of Mayor and Aldermen (BOMA) concerning a request for approval of sanitary sewer availability for the property at 322 Springhouse Circle.

This property is located outside of the City Limits but within an acceptable distance to the City’s sanitary sewer main.

Staff recommends approval of the sanitary sewer availability request for 322 Springhouse Circle. This approval of availability should be contingent upon the proposed development meeting the requirements as established in Resolution 2015-32. This approval is limited to one sanitary sewer service. Annexation shall be required if additional density is proposed.
