Background/Staff Comments
The FMPC / Administrative Schedule is determined by Section 8.1.4 of the FMPC By-laws and typically does not require adoption by the FMPC. However, in the upcoming year, there are multiple conflicts between holidays and FMPC / Administrative submittal and meeting dates. The staff recommends moving the following two dates to accommodate official City holidays:
• November FMPC Meeting: 11/17/16
• December FMPC Meeting: 12/15/16
