Due to a mathematical error, this property was incorrectly classified as SD-R 9.1 and now being correctly considered for RM-20. This new classification will permit 20 units per acre on 5.19 acres for a maximum of 102 multifamily dwelling units.

PROCEDURAL REQUIREMENTS:                     

1.                     Fifteen half-size copies of the rezoning request shall be submitted to the Department of Planning and Sustainability by 9 am on the Monday after the Planning Commission meeting in order to be placed on the Board of Mayor and Aldermen agenda.

2.                     The city’s project identification number shall be included on all correspondence with any city department relative to this project.
