Background/Staff Comments
The purpose of Ordinance 2015-55 is to add the use "Clinics" as a permitted use in the Central Commercial (CC) District and to amend the minimum off-street parking standards table (Table 5-9) to revise the use type for clinics.

Clinics are defined by the Zoning Ordinance as establishments providing medical, psychiatric, or surgical services, exclusively on an outpatient basis, including emergency treatment and diagnostic services. Clinics are classified as a Civic and Institutional Use and are permitted in the SD-X, GO, NC, GC, and CI Districts.

Ordinance 2015-55 will do the following:
* Add Clinics as a permitted use in the CC District.
* Add CC to the list of zoning districts where Civic and Institutional Uses are exempt from a two-acre-minimum requirement.
* Amend the Off-street Parking Table to delete "Medical Office" from the Office Use Type.
* Amend the title for Institutional Uses to Civic and Institutional Uses to match the description used in the Use Table.
* Minimum off-street parking standards for Clinic Uses will now fall under the Use Type "All Other Civic and Institutional Uses".
