Purpose
The purpose of this memorandum is to provide information to the Franklin Board of Mayor and Aldermen (BOMA) concerning the issuance of this retail certificate. Surati Retail Investments 3, LLC is purchasing the business from Mr. Timothy Brinkmann. A requirement for their State of Tennessee license is this certificate approved by the Board of Mayor and Aldermen so Mr. Vru Surati can complete the application process with the State of Tennessee. Surati Retail Investments 3, LLC, is retaining the store name, Brinkmann’s Wine and Spirits.
