body

Purpose
The purpose of this memo is to provide information to the Franklin Municipal Planning Commission (FMPC) concerning a final plat for subdivision of property into two lots.

Project Information
COF Project Number: 5758
Applicant: Greg Gamble, Gamble Design Collaborative
Owner: Danmark Company; Rep: William DePriest

Background/Staff Comments
This property is somewhat unique because it currently has frontage on two streets, although it is not a corner property but rather L-shaped. The subdivision would allow one new lot to front Bridge Street and one lot to front 2nd Avenue. The lot proposed to front Bridge Street is property that is identified within the proposed Harpeth Square development, so this subdivision would create a separate lot for the portion of the property that is NOT included with the proposed Harpeth Square development. FMPC voted to provide a favorable recommendation to BOMA for the Harpeth Square project at its December 18, 2014, meeting.
