Background
On August 13, 2019, the BOMA approved Resolution 2019-68, “A Resolution to Adopt the Project List for the FY 2019-2028 CIP (Capital Investment Program)”. This list includes Liberty Park Improvements at a preliminary estimated cost of $5,400,000. Prior to proceeding with a project, the Liberty Park Master Plan needs to be updated and presented to the BOMA for approval. The design of the final project will proceed after the master plan has been updated and approved.

The total cost of this PSA is $98,000.00. Funding for design is tentatively programmed from the Parkland Dedication Fund. Liberty Park is located in Parkland Dedication Quadrant 1. Therefore, design costs should be expensed to the General Ledger (GL) code of 155-89310-44701.
