Purpose
The purpose of this memo is to provide information to the Franklin Board of Mayor and Aldermen (BOMA) concerning the Professional Services Agreement with Boozer & Company (COF Contract No. 2018-0024) for the Appraisal Services for Holiday Court Pump Station Improvements Project in an Amount Not-to-Exceed $3,000.00.
Background
The existing Holiday Court Pump Station is an out-dated “can” station that is in need of an upgrade. In order to construct a new pump station, there are two (2) temporary construction easements that need to be acquired. An appraisal is necessary for these easements to offer the property owners fair market value for use of their property.
Financial Impact
This PSA will be funded from the sewer operating budget.
