Purpose
The purpose of the referenced amendment is to update the list of City personnel designated as “program administrators” for the City’s purchasing card program.
Background
The Purchasing Office staffing changed recently. Pursuant to the City’s Commercial Card Agreement with SunTrust Bank for purchasing card program services, the City has on file with the bank a list of City personnel designated as “program administrators” who, as such, are authorized to order purchasing cards, cancel purchasing cards and adjust the spend limits on active purchasing cards. The change in Purchasing Office staffing required an update to the list of program administrators for the City.
Financial Impact
Staff is not aware of any foreseeable financial impact resulting from this update to the list of program administrators for the City.

Pursuant to authority previously granted by the Board of Mayor and Aldermen, an amendment (Contract No. 2016-0266) to the City’s Commercial Card Agreement with SunTrust Bank for purchasing card program services has been executed by the City Administrator and is attached.
