Purpose
The purpose of this memo is to provide information to the Franklin Board of Mayor and Aldermen (BOMA) concerning a Request for Denial of Sewer Availability for the above referenced property.
Background
Date of Request: 8/25/19. SFUE’s Requested: 1, Domestic Water Meter Size(s): ¾”. This property is located outside of the City limits. The property is adjacent to the new county school property, across which sanitary sewer was extended. The sewer that was extended for the school property ends, however, a few hundred feet short of the applicant’s property line. As the applicant cannot afford to extend the sanitary sewer main the additional distance to her property line to receive service, the applicant requests denial of this availability.
