Purpose
The purpose of this memorandum is to provide information to the Franklin Board of Mayor and Aldermen (BOMA) concerning a Professional Services Agreement with B. G. Jones & Company, LLC for property appraisal service for the Mack Hatcher Northwest Extension Project (COF Contract 2018-0061).
Background
The Tennessee Department of Transportation (TDOT) required additional appraisals for the Mack Hatcher Northwest Extension Project. This cost will be reimbursed by TDOT.
Financial Impact
$8,000 paid out of the Capital Investment Project (CIP) fund. This funding will be reimbursed by TDOT.
