Purpose
The purpose of this memo is to provide information to the Franklin Board of Mayor and Aldermen (BOMA) concerning the Professional Services Agreement (PSA) with R. Rhett Turner, MAI for appraisal services for the Franklin Road Corridor Improvements.
Background
Staff is currently acquiring the right-of-way and easements needed for the project. It will be necessary for the City to obtain appraisals to deal with signage, access, and possible condemnation on remaining tracts.
Financial Impact
Total amount of the PSA will be $23,600.00. The funding for current project expenses is from the Capital Projects Fund, via the 2017 General Obligations bond.
