Ordinance 2017-06 will add four (4) additional hotel units to the existing Harpeth Square PUD Subdivision. No changes are proposed to the approved building footprint on the associated development plan. These properties were previously approved for rezoning to SD-X in December of 2015. This rezoning continues to be supported by Envision Franklin for the Central Franklin area.
