Background/Staff Comments
In accordance with the procedure established by the City of Franklin Addressing Manual, the creation of Lot 2 proposed on the Robert Crosby Subdivision final plat (COF 5867) will necessitate the readdressing of all of the existing parcels in the 200 range of addresses on Lewisburg Avenue.

The existing parcel being subdivided by the plat is 209 Lewisburg Ave, and the immediately adjacent parcel is 211 Lewisburg Ave. This does not leave an in-sequence address number for the new lot. The Addressing Manual states, "Any out-of-sequence addresses are subject to reassignment to be consistent with the range of addresses found along the street in which the entity faces.
