Purpose
The purpose of this memorandum is to provide information to the Franklin Board of Mayor and Aldermen (BOMA) concerning the donation of two items from the planning storage room to the Williamson County Archives.
Background
The Department of Planning and Sustainability is working with IT to scan and organize files in the planning storage room. Two unused, framed items were not needed, whereas the items could be preserved appropriately at the Williamson County archives while making them available to the public.
