Consideration of Liquor License Renewal for Red Dog Wine & Spirits, (Mr. Bard Quillman, Jr, Managing Agent) 1031 Riverside Drive, 37064. (02/10/15 WS)
PURPOSE
The purpose of this memo is to provide information to the Franklin Board of Mayor and Aldermen (BOMA) concerning the renewal of a Retail License received for an existing liquor store.
BACKGROUND
Mr. Bard Quillman, Jr. has made renewal application for a retail liquor license for the store located at 1031 Riverside Drive (off of Royal Oaks Boulevard). In accordance with policy, a background records check has been performed by the Franklin Police Department. Mr. Quillman has satisfied all application requirements.
FINANCIAL IMPACT
No financial impact.
RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends approval of the request renewing a retail liquor license for 1031 Riverside Drive.
