Purpose
The purpose of this memorandum is to provide information to the Franklin Board of Mayor and Aldermen (BOMA) concerning Professional Services Agreement (COF Contract No. 2018-0024) with Boozer & Company for Holiday Court Pump Station Upgrade Project.
Background
The existing pump station was installed in the 1960s and is in need of an upgrade. This upgrade will include a new wet well, valve vault, flow meter and emergency pump connection.
Financial Impact
The cost associated with this agreement was for an amount not to exceed $3,000.00.
