The purpose of this memo is to provide information to the Franklin Board of Mayor and Aldermen (BOMA) concerning the progress of the Preliminary Engineering Phase (Environmental Only) for the Columbia Avenue Widening Project
Background
The information below gives the current timeline of events for the project:

Attched to this agenda item are the meeting minutes and recap data from the May 17th public meeting. Staff and BWSC will present this information to the Board at the September 27th Work Session.
Financial Impact
There is no direct financial impact to the City of Franklin. This project is funded entirely through a combination of State and Federal funds with City staff assisting in the administration of the project.
