Purpose
The purpose of this memorandum is to provide information to the Franklin Board of Mayor and Aldermen (BOMA) concerning the rental of an inflatable movie screen for the Movies in the Parks series for the 2017 season.
Background
In 2017, the City entered an agreement with GForce Xtreme Games for the rental of a 24x18 inflatable movie screen system to enable the Movies in the Parks series. The City has previously put on this series to great success and this year the series consist of four total dates at two Park locations.
Financial Impact
The cost of this rental is $2,875 and currently a budgeted item in the Parks Department’s fiscal year budget.

Staff recommends the City Administrator to sign on behalf of the Board of Mayor and Alderman the attached agreement. This memorandum is to inform the Board of Mayor and Alderman of the signed agreement.
