Purpose
The purpose of this memo is to provide information to the Franklin Municipal Planning Commission (FMPC) concerning a final plat for Highlands at Ladd Park PUD Subdivision, section 17, located along Circuit Road.

Background/Staff Comments
Final plat is for 33 lots along Circuit Road and Bertrand Road in the Highlands at Ladd Park PUD Subdivision. Overall site is 13.14 acres, 7.882 acres in home sites and 3.73 in open space. Sites are zoned R-2 and are located in the Goose Creek Character Area Overlay District.
