Report on Cool Springs Conference Center renovation project.

Purpose
The purpose of this memo is to provide information to the Franklin Board of Mayor and Aldermen (BOMA) concerning the ongoing renovation project at the Cool Springs Conference Cetner.
Background
In conjunction with a complete renovation of the rooms and common areas at the Marriott cool springs hotel, the adjoining Conference Center is also undergoing major renovation. Michael Sanders of the management team will give an update on the progress to date and the schedule for completion.
Financial Impact
Funds for renovation have been set aside as part of the management contract for the Conference Center.
