The site plan (COF# 2868) was administratively approved in March of 2013, and has been granted two 6-month extensions. The site plan was originally approved with the correct cash contribution amount for the tree bank requirement, but it was approved without the appropriate cash contribution language. The following standard language will be added to the conditions of approval, should it be approved by the Franklin Municipal Planning Commission. All other original conditions of approval placed on COF Project #2868 shall remain and apply to the site plan.
"A $4,800 cash contribution for sixteen, two-inch caliper, Carothers Parkway canopy street trees shall be paid prior to issuance of building permits. The City will install the Carothers Parkway street trees at the project site, at an unknown future date, following the City's Carothers Parkway improvements. Therefore, the applicant shall provide a cash contribution of $4,800 in the form of a cashier's check payable to City of Franklin, to be utilized by the City to install the aforementioned Carothers Parkway street trees onsite by the City at an unknown future date. By submitting the aforementioned cash contribution, the applicant acknowledges and agrees that there is no expectation of reimbursement of any of the funds stipulated in this condition of approval, nor any expectation of any payment for interest.
