Reduction of Support/Cancellation of Users/Modules with Infor (COF Contract 2010-0045 Amendment 3)

Purpose
The purpose of this memo is to provide information to the Franklin Board of Mayor and Aldermen (BOMA) concerning The IT Department recently conducted a review of user licenses within our Infor software. It was determined we were able to cancel licenses no longer used.
Background
In preparation of the FY2019 budget, the IT Department conducted a review of all user licenses within the Infor application. After the review, we determined there are licenses that are no longer being used. This requires an amendment of the contract to remove these licenses from our contact.
Financial Impact
This reduction of license does no cost the City of Franklin; however, will result in a reduction in yearly maintenance
