Purpose
The purpose of this memo is to provide information to the Franklin Board of Mayor and Aldermen (BOMA) concerning the Recording Solutions Agreement (COF Contract No. 2018-0237) with Corporation Services Company (CSC).
Background
The City entered into a Recording Services Agreement with CSC to allow City staff to digital record/file documents with the Williamson County Register of Deeds.
Financial Impact
There are no set-up or annual fees associated with this contract. The only fee charged is $4.00 per document recorded.

Staff recommends acknowledgement of COF Contract No. 2018-0237, which was executed under authority granted by the Board of Mayor and Aldermen to the City Administrator.
