Purpose

The purpose of this memorandum is to provide information to the Franklin Board of Mayor and Aldermen (BOMA) concerning the issuance of a retail certificate for Happy Ours Wine and Spirits.

Background

Ms. Nicole Barclay is renewing her retail certificate for the business, Happy Ours Wind and Spirits.  A requirement for their State of Tennessee license renewal is this certificate approved by the Board of Mayor and Aldermen to complete the application process with the State of Tennessee.
