Background/Staff Comments

Resolution 2016-41 is a City of Franklin drafted plan of services for the annexed properties being considered as part of the Ashcroft Valley Development Plan.  The Plan of Service outlines how infrastructure will be extended to serve the proposed annexed properties as well as provide for the safety of residents for the newly annexed properties.  This plan of services includes 342 single family detached units of a total 383 single family units.  A total of 41 units are proposed on lands currently in the City limits.
