Consideration of Water Availability Request for 3104 Del Rio Pike

Purpose
The purpose of this memorandum is to forward a request for Water Availability for 3104 Del Rio Pike.
Background
A request for water availability for 3104 Del Rio Pike known as Tax Map 51, Parcel 17.11 was submitted on February 5, 2015. The request is for 2 SFUE's (single-family units) through two ¾" domestic water meters. This property is located outside of the City of Franklin city limits but within the City's water service area and UGB.
Financial Impact
None.
Recommendation
Staff recommends that this availability request be approved contingent on the property owner signing an annexation agreement. This approval of availability should be contingent upon the proposed development meeting the requirements as established March 10, 1992, for extensions of facilities inside the City's Boundaries, the payment of all required fees, and any required extension to the City's water and/or sanitary sewer system to serve the site as per the City's standards with associated required public water and/or sanitary sewer line easements.
