Consideration of Master Service Agreement (COF Contract 2017-0119) with Provisions Group for IT Services

Purpose
The purpose of this memorandum is to provide information to the Franklin Board of Mayor and Aldermen (BOMA) concerning a master service agreement that allows the IT Department to use Provisions Group, LLC for IT services
Background
The IT Department would like to setup an agreement with the Provisions Group for various IT services, including custom development. The IT Department does not have a programmer on staff and this agreement would allow for the IT Department to use Provisions Group for those types of services. In addition, the Provisions Group would be able to provide support in finishing task required for the completion of various IT Projects.
Financial Impact
IT services will be provided on an hourly rate, depending on the services. The IT Department has budgeted $50,000 for temporary work by non-city employees.
