Purpose
The purpose of this memorandum is to provide information to the Franklin Board of Mayor and Aldermen (BOMA) concerning the parking agreement with Stewart Logistics, Inc.
Background
In 2017, the City entered an agreement with Stewart Logistics, Inc. for parking services for City-sponsored events. This enables the Parks Programming Team to attend to duties necessary for the events and relieves the burden of parking services. The City has scheduled parking services for twelve events at multiple locations throughout the year.
Financial Impact
The cost for these services is $6,808 total.

Staff recommends to the City Administrator to sign on behalf of the Board of Mayor and Alderman the attached agreement. This memorandum is to inform the Board of Mayor and Alderman of the signed agreement.
