Background/Staff Comments
This final plat proposes to shift a property line between the two parcels in favor of lot 2 (1132 Carnton Lane). The applicant has failed to provide an accurate location of the sewer service to both homes from the City Main. Based on the current locations of the public sewer lines, staff thinks that the current sewer connection to Lot 2 may run through the back of Lot 2 and also in the area proposed to be the rear yard of Lot 3. Without confirmation of the current location of the connection lines, staff cannot recommend approval a plat that may be deficient of required easements.

PROCEDURAL REQUIREMENTS:
1. In addition to uploading the corrected plat to the online plan review website (https://franklin.contractorsplanroom.com/secure/), the applicant shall submit the Mylar, to the Department of Building and Neighborhood Services (Suite 110, Franklin City Hall). The Certificates of Approval for the Subdivision Name and Street Names, Water System (if not COF Water), Survey, and Ownership shall be signed when the plat is resubmitted. The Mylar shall be submitted to BNS within five (5) business days of the corrected electronic plat being uploaded to the online plan review website (or vice versa) or the item shall be rejected as incomplete for City review.
