Purpose
The purpose of this memo is to provide information to the Franklin Board of Mayor and Aldermen (BOMA) concerning the budget for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2015.
Background
The City Charter charges the City Administrator with the responsibility to present a budget to the Board of Mayor and Aldermen for consideration.
