The purpose of this memo is to provide information to the Franklin Municipal Planning Commission (FMPC) concerning a development plan for 7 modification of standards and 4 design modifications for the Harpeth Square PUD development plan within downtown Franklin.

This development plan proposes a boutique hotel, retail spaces, and attached housing upon the majority of a city block within downtown Franklin. Planning commends the applicant for bringing a boutique hotel to downtown Franklin. It will be a great asset to the city, and will help support businesses throughout the downtown area.
