Purpose

The purpose of this memorandum is to provide information to the Franklin Board of Mayor and Aldermen (BOMA) concerning the issuance of a retail liquor license for the store located at 103 International Drive, Franklin, TN  37067.

 

Background

Ms. Ruby Richmond is purchasing the establishment (Carothers Wine and Spirits) from current owner, Vru Surati.  This is an existing store. In accordance with policy, a background records check has been performed by the Franklin Police Department.  Ms. Richmond has satisfied all application requirements.
