Applicant is applying for a final plat for section 8 of Stream Valley PUD. Site consists of 30 lots on 13.21 acres. 29 residential building lots are proposed with one open space lot. Home sites are along Rockport Ave, Brookpark Ave., and Canyon Echo Rd within the Stream Valley PUD subdivision.
