Purpose
The purpose of this memorandum is to provide information to the Franklin Board of Mayor and Aldermen (BOMA) concerning the Professional Services Agreement (COF Contract No. 2018-0179) with Boozer & Company for the Spencer Creek at Franklin Road Sanitary Sewer Improvements Project.
Background
The Franklin United Methodist Church requested for the sanitary sewer easement proposed on their property to be appraised.
Financial Impact
The cost associated with this agreement is for an amount not to exceed $2,500.00.
