Purpose
The purpose of this memorandum is to provide information to the Franklin Board of Mayor and Aldermen (BOMA) concerning additional entries to Ordinance 2015-15, amending the Fiscal Year 2014-15 Budget
Background
Since the first reading of Ordinance 2015-15 on May 26, staff has identified three additional items which need to be included in the Budget Amendment Ordinance. Those items are: 1) an additional appropriation for the Franklin Transit Authority to cover a pass through grant; 2) an appropriation from the Housing Reserve Fund for the BOMA-approved contribution to the Hard Bargain Association for affordable housing assistance; and 3) an appropriation to the Williamson County Joint Network Authority to cover the City's share of a contract for project management.
Financial Impact
The items involved were previously approved by BOMA; there is no additional impact to the budget.
