Purpose
The purpose of this memorandum is to provide information to the Franklin Board of Mayor and Aldermen (BOMA) concerning services for continuing bond disclosures required by the SEC (Securities and Exchange Commission).
 
Background
Through this agreement, DAC will provide services to disseminate required bond information used by regulatory bodies, rating agencies, broker-dealers, and investors.
 
Financial Impact
This agreement is for $2,500 annually, budgeted under the Finance Department (General Fund).
