Purpose
The purpose of this memo is to provide information to the Franklin Municipal Planning Commission (FMPC) concerning a final plat for the Highlands at Ladd Park, section 25.

Background/Staff Comments
The corresponding site plan (4696) was approved administratively in November 2014. The site plan was approved for 66 detached residential units and 4 open space lots. The majority of the section is currently in the Floodway Fringe Overlay (FFO), and the applicant is working through the process to move the FFO boundary. In the interim, the applicant seeks to plat the 6 residential lots that are currently outside of the FFO.

PROCEDURAL REQUIREMENTS:
1. In addition to uploading the corrected plat to the online plan review website (https://franklin.contractorsplanroom.com/secure/), the applicant shall submit three (3) paper copies and a .pdf file of the corrected plat, along with the Mylar, to the Department of Building and Neighborhood Services (Suite 110, Franklin City Hall). The Certificates of Approval for the Subdivision Name and Street Names, Water System (if not COF Water), Survey, and Ownership shall be signed when the plat is resubmitted.
